The Chief Financial Officer: He is a member of the committee of management of the branch of the association, and specializes primarily in the financial aspects of the association – in kind and cash – in terms of the development of resources, donations, disbursement of the association’s accounts and general supervision of the association’s property, real estate and endowments.
Finance tasks
1- Keeping books and accounting records and conducting periodic matches between the books.
2- Support in the development of budget policies, advice on financial problems, and preparation of accounting regulation.
3- Registration of documents in the books according to financial instructions and the accounting system.
Preparing the necessary monthly and final financial statements and financial reports.
5- Follow-up the disbursement of the approved budget items of the Assembly and verify the completion of the necessary regular exchange justifications
6- Organizing and reviewing the work of auditors and bookmakers.
7- Preparing the final account and balance sheet.
8- Editing the settlement permissions necessary to settle financial operations.
9- Ensuring the integrity of financial actions and not exceeding the funds.
